By using our Services, requesting repairs, purchasing products, or interacting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. OUR SERVICES

Unlimited Wireless provides:

Mobile phone repair services

Tablet and electronic device repair

Screen replacements

Battery replacements

Diagnostic services

Device accessories and related retail sales

Related customer support services

Services may be performed in-store or through other authorized channels.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

By using our Services, you represent that:

You own the device submitted for service or have authorization from the owner.

All information you provide is accurate and complete.

You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.

3. REPAIR SERVICES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Device Condition

You acknowledge:

Your device may have pre-existing damage.

Internal components may fail during repair due to prior damage, wear, liquid exposure, or manufacturer defects.

Some repairs involve inherent risks.

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues discovered during or after repair.

B. Data Backup Responsibility

You are solely responsible for backing up all data before service.

Unlimited Wireless is not responsible for:

Data loss

Software corruption

Account lockouts

Activation issues

Loss of photos, contacts, files, or applications

Repairs may require device resets.

4. PARTS & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

A. Replacement Parts

We may use:

Original manufacturer parts

OEM-equivalent parts

Aftermarket parts

Availability may vary.

B. No Manufacturer Authorization

Unless explicitly stated, we are not affiliated with or authorized by device manufacturers.

C. Limited Repair Warranty

If provided, any repair warranty:

Applies only to the specific repair performed

Does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or tampering

Is void if the device is opened or modified by another repair provider

Warranty terms, if offered, will be provided separately at time of service.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service for unpaid balances

Charge storage fees for unclaimed devices

6. ABANDONED DEVICES

Devices not picked up within 30 days after notification may be considered abandoned.

We reserve the right to:

Sell, recycle, or dispose of abandoned devices

Apply sale proceeds toward unpaid balances

You waive any claim to abandoned property after that period.

7. PRODUCT SALES

All product sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

8. SMS / TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

8.1 Program Description

If you provide your mobile number and submit a form with an unchecked opt-in checkbox, you may receive text messages from Unlimited Wireless, operated by Y&GV LLC.

Messages may include:

Transactional messages (repair updates, appointment confirmations, pickup notifications, service follow-ups)

Promotional messages (special offers or announcements), only if you provide explicit marketing consent

8.2 Consent

By entering your mobile number and affirmatively selecting the opt-in checkbox, you provide express written consent to receive SMS communications from Unlimited Wireless.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8.8 No Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information, including phone numbers or SMS consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile numbers or SMS consent records.

9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

Use our Services for unlawful purposes

Harass employees

Submit fraudulent devices

Attempt chargebacks after services are properly rendered

Use automated tools to scrape our website

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, branding, logos, text, and materials are owned by Y&GV LLC.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without written permission.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

MERCHANTABILITY

FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE

NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

UNLIMITED WIRELESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE AT ISSUE.

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Y&GV LLC and its employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Your misuse of our Services

False ownership claims

Failure to obtain proper consent for device submission

Violations of applicable law

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida.

You agree:

To waive the right to a jury trial

To waive participation in class actions

Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond our control, including:

Natural disasters

Power outages

Carrier disruptions

Government actions

18. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
